Not quite sure how to begin my journey into the world of blogging, so I thought I would share a funny story about my 4 year old son.
When does a boy become a man? People define this passage in many different ways. I didn't think I would have to deal with this for quite some time, considering my son is 4 going on 5, but I think he has already started making the change.
It all began one day last week when I went to put something away in the bathroom. I walked into the bathroom and there sat my 4 year old on the toilet, doing his business, reading the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition!!! Then a few days later he received a Lego magazine in the mail and the first thing he did with his magazine was to put it in the "Boys Bathroom" so he could read it later when he went to do his business!!! So I would definitely say that my little boy is becoming a little man by turning our second bathroom into a library, just like daddy!!!!
Too cute!! I don't have boys but grew up with brothers and no sisters so know what you mean about a "Boys Bathroom" and it being a library.
ReplyDeleteThat is a great story! Having a son, I sure can relate. I have pictures of my son reading while on the toilet when he was younger but now he plays his DS while taking care of business.
